Account Executive — Enterprise
Full-time Remote · US East $130k – $170k + commission
Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts — from initial outreach and discovery through negotiation and close
  • Build targeted go-to-market strategies for mid-market and enterprise talent acquisition teams looking to adopt AI-driven hiring
  • Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities within existing accounts by mapping Hyrin's capabilities to hiring pain points across departments
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes involving TA leaders, HR ops, IT, and procurement
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally — channeling prospect feedback to shape product priorities and positioning
  • Continuously sharpen our sales playbook as we learn what resonates in different verticals and company sizes
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years closing enterprise deals ($100k+ ACV)
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a high-growth or startup environment
  • Experience selling into HR, talent acquisition, or people operations teams is strongly preferred
  • Ability to articulate complex technical products in business terms to non-technical buyers
  • Comfort operating with a small team where you'll help define processes, not just follow them
  • Preferred: Background in HR-tech, recruiting platforms, or AI/ML product sales; experience with consultative or solution-selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)

Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified pipeline for our Account Executives through a mix of outbound prospecting and rapid inbound follow-up
  • Research target accounts — understand their hiring volume, tech stack, and pain points before making contact
  • Run multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) tailored to talent acquisition and HR leaders
  • Qualify inbound leads quickly, routing high-intent prospects to AEs while nurturing earlier-stage interest
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and test new approaches for different verticals and company sizes
  • Track and report on outreach metrics — response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution — to continuously improve your craft
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar outbound prospecting role
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you can craft a cold email that actually gets replies
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach and the resilience to push through rejection
  • Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and how it's changing the way companies hire

Bangalore, IN — Engineering
Infrastructure Engineer, Pre-training
Full-time Hybrid · Bangalore Python · Rust · Spark
Responsibilities
  • Architect and maintain the data pipelines that feed our model training and fine-tuning workflows — from raw hiring data to clean, labeled datasets
  • Build infrastructure for running evaluation benchmarks and tracking model quality over time
  • Design reliable ETL systems that ingest candidate and job data from diverse ATS sources at scale
  • Own deployment infrastructure: CI/CD, container orchestration, and production environment health
  • Instrument systems with metrics, logging, and tracing to keep inference latency and uptime within SLAs
  • Collaborate with ML engineers to operationalize research prototypes into production-grade services
Qualifications
  • 8+ years building and operating backend or infrastructure systems in production environments
  • Strong Python skills; experience with Rust, Go, or similar systems languages is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with data processing frameworks (Spark, Beam, Flink, or equivalent)
  • Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS)
  • Track record of improving system reliability through better tooling, monitoring, and automation

  • Build and ship end-to-end features across our AI-powered hiring platform — from candidate ingestion to recruiter-facing workflows
  • Design and implement APIs and backend services that power real-time candidate evaluation and matching
  • Own the full lifecycle of features: scoping, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring in production
  • Work closely with product and design to translate hiring domain problems into elegant technical solutions
  • Improve system reliability, performance, and observability as we scale to handle enterprise workloads
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape our engineering culture in a fast-moving startup
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production applications
  • Strong fundamentals in backend development — comfortable with Ruby on Rails, Python, or similar frameworks
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with relational databases
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) and willingness to work across the stack
